Resolution and resources The sanctioning procedure finishes with the judgment of the competent authority, which must be made within one year, except in the case of payment of the fine reduction of 30% within 30 calendar days of the notification of the fine that it is not necessary to make an express ruling unless also give the date of suspension of driving license.
